Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure full credit eligibility.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
